Return Policy

 

Incorrect Items

If your order arrives and is incorrect, you must inform us within 4 days of receiving your order. Please contact us through our Facebook page >> https://www.facebook.com/legendslabelboutique/ or send an email to info@legendslabel.com

Be sure to include any pertinent information such as what is incorrect, what you should have received, your email and order number. We will do our best to fix the issue.

 

Missing Items

If you are missing an item, you must inform us within 4 days of receiving your order. Please check your email to be sure we haven't sent you an email stating an item was flawed or out of stock. If you have not received this and a refund, please message us to let us know about the missing item. Please be sure to include what item is missing, your order number and email.

 

Flawed/Broken Items

If you believe that you have received a flawed or broken item, please contact us within 3 days of the delivery confirmation date, otherwise it is considered wear and tear. No exceptions. 

 

Exchanges

 WE DO NOT DO EXCHANGES, IF YOU NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE OR A DIFFERENT ITEM; PLEASE PLACE A NEW ORDER. Due to the limited quantity of our merchandise we cannot guarantee that the item you want to exchange for will be available when we receive your return. We strongly recommend that you place a new order for the item you are wanting in order to make sure you get it. We do not allow exchanges or credits on SALE or DISCOUNTED items – they are FINAL. This includes ANY/ALL Holiday SALES! 

The item must be RECEIVED at the address below within 14 CALENDAR days of the confirmed date of delivery as provided by the Delivery Confirmation receipt. Original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend you also use Delivery Confirmation when returning the item(s) for your proof of shipping. Once we get your package back we will process and then issue an online credit voucher and email you the code. You will then use this code to reorder the item(s) you want if available. That generates you a new order, applies your credit and gets you in line for processing and shipping all in one step. If store credit is chosen for the exchange, that credit will be valid for 6 months. Once an order has been exchanged once, it then becomes a final sale transaction. 

>>Please use tracking on your package and consider insurance if needed. If the post office looses your package we cannot issue a credit when we don’t get the merchandise back.

 

Returns

We do not offer returns. We can offer store credit for an item you do not wish to keep. This is only acceptable within the first 14 days of receiving the item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. As soon as we receive the item, you will be issued store credit. Be sure to plan 5-10 days for transit time. ALL JEWELRY & ACCESSORIES ARE FINAL SALE. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE! 

>> All items must be returned in NEW condition. This means items must be unworn, unwashed, odor & pet hair free, must not have deodorant, make up or food stains in order to be eligible for exchange/store credit. When returning shoes, please DO NOT return with tape & shipping labels stuck to the actual shoe box. The shoe box MUST BE returned in a mailing box or wrapped in paper. If any of the return items are found in the above conditions, we will return the item to you and you are required to pay the shipping. 

 

Shipping

We ship all orders through the United States Postal Service. When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to the e-mail provided. You can track your package at www.usps.com

>>Once retail orders are placed and paid in full, Orders are usually shipped out within 3-5 business days. Orders placed on Friday and the weekends will go out the next week. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or on holidays. If you need your items sooner, please reach out to us and we will make arrangements to rush your items. If an order is shipped from L E G E N D to an address that you as the customer provided is incorrect, you as the customer will be responsible. L E G E N D WILL NOT assume responsibility for invalid information given by the customer. L E G E N D WILL NOT assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages. All packages sent out have tracking information provided. If your tracking shows "delivered" and you have not received your package, L E G E N D IS NOT responsible. This issue must be resolved with the United States Postal Service or your local law enforcement.

>> Please include your packing slip with your return. When returning an item with your packing slip, please mark the items you're returning and include the reason for return. If you no longer have your packing slip, please include a note with the following information:

Name, E-Mail, Order Number, Item(s) Description, Reason for Return. If you do not include one of these with your return, it will delay the process.
